摘要 探讨了填料密封在静态条件下泄漏途径及影响参数,借助弹塑力学理论对密封填料的力学性能进行了理论分析。确立了密封填料的侧向压力和周向压力之间的关系以及填料单元密封可靠性的无量纲准数,推导出判断密封可靠性的理论判据。当密封填料的侧向压力或周向压力小于密封介质的压力时,密封失效;只有当密封填料的侧向压力和周向压力大于密封介质的压力时才能实现密封。 This paper studios the leakage possibility of the gland packing and the parameters influencing the leakage in static condition and analyzes theoretically the mechanical properties of the packings by using the theory of elastic-plastic mechanics.The relations between the lateral pressure and the peripheral pressure and the dimcnsionless factors of sealing reliability of the packing elements were determined.The theoretical criteria of sealing reliability were also derived.The result showed that the seal failed to work when late-ral pressure or peripheral pressure of the packing elements became bigger than that of the sealing medium.
