摘要
对工作钻柱结构动态的限定性位移问题进行了分析,建立了钻柱与井壁动态摩擦接触模式,该模式考虑了钻柱与井壁完全撞击和连续接触的情况。根据有限元分析法建立了钻柱结构的动力学方程。采用并改进了Wilson-θ法,利用静态模式求解动态响应,使问题得到简化,且便于编写静态和动态钻柱分析的通用程序。通过程序计算说明了动态因素对钻头钻进时的影响和钻柱结构静力分析的局限性。
A dynamic analysis of the limited displacement of the drillstring structure was made.A model of friction contact between drillstring and wellborc was established in consideration of the impact arid continual contact between drillstring and wellborc.In the light of the model,the dynamic equations of drillstring structure were obtained with the finite element analysis method.The dynamic response was solved in a simplified way by using a static analysis model.An improved Wilson-θ method was used.A program commonly used for static and dynamic analyses of drillstring was developed.In this paper the effect of dynamic factors on bit benctration and the limitations of static analysis of drillstring are discussed with computer program calculation.
