创伤后脂肪栓塞综合征早期诊断指标的探讨

Investigation of Early Diagnostic Indexes of Post-traumatic Fat Embolism Syndrome

目的 :探讨创伤后脂肪栓塞综合征早期诊断指标 ,提高该综合征的治愈率。方法 :通过观察 30例创伤后脂肪栓塞综合征的首发症状、呼吸症状及血氧分压、血红蛋白、尿脂肪滴、出血点、血小板、X线胸片等改变 ,确定该综合征的早期诊断指标。结果 :多发骨折后以无颅脑外伤的意识障碍或以无胸部外伤的呼吸困难为首发症状 ,血氧分压下降 ,血红蛋白减少 ,尿脂肪滴阳性可作为创伤后脂肪栓塞综合征的早期诊断指标。结论 :通过对脂肪栓塞综合征的早期诊断而进行的早期治疗 ,有效地提高了该综合征的治愈率。

Objective: To investigate the early diagnostic i ndexes of post-traumatic fat embolism syndrome to increase the cure rate of thi s disease.Method:Through observing the initial symptom,respiratory symptom and pa rtial pressure of oxygen,hemoglobin,fat droplets in urine,petechiae,platelet and chest X-ray etc in 30 cases,early diagnostic indexes of this syndrome were con f irmed.Result:Consciousness disturbance without cerebral injury or dyspnea witho ut chest injury which appeared as inital symptom after multiple fracture,decline in partial pressure of oxygen,decrease in hemoglobin and positive of fat drople ts in urine could be the early diagnostic indexes of post-traumatic fat embolis m syndrome.Conclusion:Early treatment based on early diagnosis effectively incre ased the cure rate of post-traumatic fat embolism syndrome.
