功能性外固定器治疗青壮年桡骨远端C型骨折

The Development and Clinical Application of Functional External Fixation to Treat Young Adults

目的 :研究功能性外固定器治疗桡骨远端C型骨折的有效性和治疗效果。方法 :自 1998年以来 ,应用自行研制的功能性外固定器治疗桡骨远端C型骨折 18例。结果 :经 3～ 17个月的随访 ,复位质量优良率达 89%。 1年后随访功能优良率达 94% ,平均 4.8个月恢复。固定期间背侧固定针松动 1例 ,4个钉孔感染 ,去除外固定器经换药痊愈 ,1例正中神经于复位固定后即有所改善 ,2个月后随访恢复正常 ,骨折愈合时间 5～ 12周 ,平均 10周。结论 :该固定器治疗桡骨远端各类型骨折是一种可靠的有效方法 ,非超关节固定 ,术后即可行腕关节活动。

Objective: To study the availability and the eff ect of functional external fixation for fracture of distal c-type radius.Methods :Since 1998,the functional external C-type fixator has been used to treat 18 pat ients with unstable fracture of distal radius.Results:3 to 17 months' follow-up survey showed that the rate of reduction was 89%,and it reached 94% one year lat er.The average time of recovering was 4.8 months.During fixation,dorsal carpal f ixation needles on two cases became loosening,one case on distal radius and thre e pinholes were infected,but through positive treatment,two cases with lesion of median nerve were improved in certain degree after operation.The healing period were 6 to 12 weeks,with the average 10 weeks.Conclusion:The fixator is reliable and effective for fracture of distal radius.The method of steric crossed needle s has the advantages of stability and simple operation.Kirschner wire can be use d.The fixator weight 0.095kg,and its structure ensures its stability.
