摘要 目的 :研究氯化钐 (Sam arium Chloride,Sm Cl3 )对大鼠离体颈上神经节烟碱传递过程的影响。方法 :细胞内生物电记录技术。结果 :Sm Cl3 在 10 - 4 ~ 10 - 1 mm ol/ L的浓度时 ,可逆地抑制快兴奋性突触后电位 (f- EPSP) ,但对乙酰胆碱(ACh)和氨甲酰胆碱 (Carb)膜除极化反应无显著的影响 ;对细胞膜电位、膜电阻亦无明显影响。Sm Cl3 (10 - 1 mm ol/ L )能拮抗高钙 (10 mm ol/ L )对 f- EPSP的易化作用 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :Sm Cl3 对烟碱传递的抑制作用是通过突触前机制 。 Objective:To study the effects of saramium chloride (SmCl 3) on nicotinic transmission in the isolated superior cervical ganglia of the Wistar rats Method:The intracellular recording was kept from neurons of the isolated ganglion Results:At the concentrations of 10 -4 ~10 -1 mmol/L,SmCl 3 reversibly depressed the amplitude of the fast excitatory postsynaptic potential (f EPSP) but did not significantly change the membrane depolarization induced by acetylcholine (ACh) and carbachol (Carb) The membrane potential and membrane resistance of the sympathetic neurons were not significantly altered by SmCl 3 SmCl 3(10 -1 mmol/L) could antagonize the facilitation of high Ca 2+ (10 mmol/L ) on the f EPSP Conclusion:The results indicate that SmCl 3 can depress the nicotinic transmission at superior cervical ganglia by presynaptic mechanisms,and be related to the inhibition of the influx of Ca 2+ by SmCl 3
