摘要
目的 :探讨胚胎脊髓移植修复周围神经缺损的超微结构。方法 :取家兔 4只 ,手术造成双侧坐骨神经缺损 ,左侧选用胎兔脊髓桥接 ,右侧为自体神经桥接。分别于术后 1,2 ,3个月取移植段组织标本在透射电子显微镜下观察。结果 :3组的胚胎脊髓移植段均可见大量的正常神经纤维 ,其轴突直径、髓鞘厚度与对照侧无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论
Objective:To study the ultrastructure of transplantation with embryonic spinal cord(ESC) to repair peripheral nerve defects in rabbits Motheds:36 rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups Two sides sciatic nerves were injured to produce defects of 8,16,32mm by surgery The left defects were bridged by ESC of rabbits that the gestational age was 25~28 days The right defects were bridged with autogenous sciatic nerves The animals of each groups were killed and the specimens were observed in the conditions of neuranagenesis by electronic microscope Results:The nerve fibers of embryonic spinal cord transplanted and their distal nerves were coming on well,the quantity of medullated nerve fiber of unit area of two sides showed no evident discrepancy(P>0 05) There are a large number of ripe nerve fibers in the transplanted parts of embryonic spinal cord The diameter of medullated nerve fibers and the thickness of myelin sheaths of the two sides showed no obvious difference(P>0 05) Conclusion:It is feasible to repair peripheral nerve defects with embryonic spinal cord in this experiment
