气相色谱法测定强力救心滴丸中冰片的含量

Quantitative Determination of Borneol in Qiangli Jiuxin Dripping Pills by GC - FID

目的:测定强力救心滴丸中冰片的含量。方法:样品经挥发油测定器提取挥发油,采用毛细管气相色谱法测定;色谱柱为EC-WAX弹性石英毛细管色谱柱(0.53mm×15m,12μm);柱温:110℃～18℃,初始温度:110℃;保持1min;终止温度:180℃;程序升温,升温速度:3℃·min^(-1);进样口温度:220℃;检测器温度:250℃;载气;氮气;流速:5mL·min^(-1)。结果:冰片在0.15～1.5μg范围内具有良好线性关系,高、中、低平均加样回收率为97.97％,RSD=1.3％(n=6)。结论:该法可用于强力救心滴丸中冰片的含量测定。

Objective: Determine the content of borneol in Qiangli Jiuxin dripping pills. Methods: The volatility oil in sample is extracted by volatility oil determinate appliance. Using the capillary column gas chromatography with EC -WAX capillary column (0.53 mm×15 m, 12 μm) . The column temperature is 110℃-180℃ and rose by program. Initial temperature is 110℃and maintains 1 min, final temperature is 180 ℃, rise rate is 3℃·min-1, the injector temperature is 220℃, the detector temperature is 250℃, 5 mL·min-1 as N2 flow rale. Results: The linear range of bomeol is 0.15-1.5μg, the average recovery of this method is 97.97% and the RSD is 1.3% ( n - 6). Conclusion: The method can be applied in quantitative determination of the preparation.
