摘要
目的:建立金嗓子喉宝的质量控制方法。方法:用薄层色谱法对金嗓子喉宝中的西青果、八角茴香油进行定性鉴别;用毛细管气相色谱法对该药中的按油进行定性鉴别并测定了该药中薄荷脑的含量。气相色谱条件为:以樟脑为内标;采用DB-1键合石英毛细管柱(30m×0.53mm,1μm);载气:N_2,流速:20mL·min^(-1);柱温:90℃;进样口及检测器温度:180℃;不分流方式进样,进样量:0.4μL。结果:薄层色谱中斑点清晰,易于识别;气相色谱法精密度、重现性良好,薄荷脑高、中、低浓度的平均回收率分别为98.1%,98.3%,98.8%(RSD分别为0.69%,0.75%,0.81%,n=5)。结论:本法可有效地控制金嗓子喉宝的质量。
Objective: To establish the method for quality control of sweets golden throat. Methods: The myrobalan and star anise oil in this medicine were identified by TLC. The eucalyptus oil was identified and the menthol was determined in this medicine by CGC. Conditions of CGC were: With camphor as an internal standard, DB - 1 fused - silica capillary column 30 m×0.53 mm, 1μm, carrier gas N2 flow rate 20 mL·min-1, oven temp. 90℃, injector and detector temp. 180℃, injection way of splitless and injection volume 0.4μL. Results: The spots in the TLC were clear and distinguishable. The precision and repeatability of CGC are good respectively. The average recovery rate of menthol was 98.3% (RSD = 0.75%, n = 5). Conclusion: These methods can be used for quality control of Sweets Golden throat.
