摘要
讨论了机械密封的摩擦系数与工况参数的关系,提出了各种不同状态下机械密封的摩擦系数与工况参数的关系式,深入分析了混合摩擦、流体静压润滑与流体动压润滑的摩擦系数与工况参数的关系。文中给出了计算实例,这对正确设计、研究和使用机械密封具有理论指导意义和实用价值。
The relationship between friction coefficient and duly parameters of mechanical face seals was studied.The expressions of friction and duty coefficient of mechanical face seals under different conditions were presented.The relation of friction coefficient and duty parameter for mixed friction,hydrostatic lubrication and hydrodynamic lubrication seals was discussed.Tin-sealing type must be considered,when the duty parameters are determined.Under the same duty conditions,the friction coefficient of full fluid lubrication is smaller than that of mixed friction.Calculation examples were given in the appendix.
