摘要
目的:应用高效毛细管电泳法测定热淋清颗粒及热淋清胶囊中没食子酸的含量。方法:运行缓冲液为15mmol·L^(-1)硼砂,(硼酸调节pH9.8)。运行电压20kV(恒压分析);柱温25℃;检测波长215nm;苯甲酸钠为内标。结果:没食子酸的线性范围为0.023 8~0.119mg·mL^(-1)。热淋清颗粒及热淋清胶囊的平均回收率分别为102.3%和101.8%,RSD分别为0.63%和2.4%。结论:该法简便、快捷,可用于2种热淋清制剂中没食子酸的含量测定。
Objective: To determine the content of gallic acid in Relinqing granules and Relinqing capsules by HPCE. Method: The buffer solution used in this method was 15 mmol·L-1 sodium borate (pH = 9.8). The running voltage was 20 kV (positive to negative) . The wavelength of detection was 215 nm. Sodium benzoate was used as the internal standard . Results : The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.024 - 0. 12 mg·mL-1 ( r = 0.999 9) . The average recoveries of this method were 102.3% for Relinqing granules and 101.8% for Relinqing capsules, RSDs were 0.63% and 2.4%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is convenient, accurate and can be applied in quantitative determination of these preparations.
