CT诊断骨巨细胞瘤的应用价值

CT diagnostic value of giant cell tumor of bone

目的:探讨骨巨细胞瘤的CT特征及其诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析24例经手术及病理证实的骨巨细胞瘤的CT影像表现。结果:骨巨细胞瘤多发生于股骨下端与胫骨上端。其CT征象为:偏心囊性膨胀性破坏,骨壳完整或残缺,可有不规则硬化缘,破坏区内软组织密度不均匀,部分病例伴有软组织肿块,增强后肿瘤组织强化明显。结论:骨巨细胞瘤的CT表现有一定特征性。CT扫描诊断骨巨细胞瘤优越性大于X光平片,两者密切结合可提高诊断准确率。

Objective:To probe the CT manifestations and diagnostic value of giant cell tumor.Methods:The CT features of 24 patients with giant cell tumor we re retrospectively analyzed,the diagnosis was proved by operation and pathology. Results:Giant cell tumor occurs most commonly in distal end of femurs and the pr oximal end of tibias.Its CT features were as follows:the bony destructions appea red eccentric,cystic expansile.Bony cortex were complete or destructed,some of w hich had irregular sclerotic rim;The densities within the bony destructions were heterogeneous,in some cases associated soft tissue mass were seen in enhanced s canning,tumor tissues showed obvious enhancement.Conclusion:Giant cell tumor has characteristic appearances on CT which is more effective than X ray in the dia gnosis of giant cell tumor.CT combined with conventional X ray film can improve the correct diagnostic rate.
