摘要
目的 探讨正常肝组织间歇二次谐波声学造影显像特点。方法 2 0例正常自愿者接受肝脏间歇二次谐波声学造影检查 ,间歇成像由心电图R波触发 ,触发间隔为 1~ 5个心动周期。声学造影剂经左前臂浅静脉“弹丸式”注射。结果 注射造影剂后 15~ 18s[平均 ( 16 .8± 1.5 )s]肝动脉显影 ,实质回声增强。肝动脉血管呈“亮线”状强回声 ,似“枯树枝状”形态。肝动脉显影后 6~ 10s[平均 ( 7.9± 1.7)s]门静脉显影 ,肝实质回声再次增强 ,门脉血管呈“条带”状强回声。显影全过程持续 95~ 12 6s[平均 ( 10 8± 7)s]。注射造影剂后延迟 3min再触发成像 ,肝实质呈均匀增强回声。结论 间歇二次谐波声学造影是检测组织血流的敏感方法 ,不仅能清楚显示较大血管结构 ,还能反映微循环血供状况 。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of intermittent second harmonic contrast imaging (ISHCI) in normal liver.Methods Twenty healthy volunteers were examined with ISHCI,the intermittent imaging were triggered by R wave of electrocardiogram (ECG) in the interval of 1~5 cardiac cycles.A 'bolus-like' injection was conducted to administrate the contrast agent into left forearm veins.Results The arteries and parenchyma of liver were enhanced at 15~18 s [mean ( 16.8± 1.5)s] after administration of contrast agents.The arteries were seen clearly to be bright lines like 'branches of a dead tree'.The contrast agents appeared in portal veins at 6~10 s [mean ( 7.9± 1.7)s] after its showing in arteries,and the echoes of parenchyma were enhanced once again.The portal veins were showed to be 'band-like' strong echoes.The total course for each imaging lasted 95~126 s [mean (108±7)s].The imaging triggering was delayed for 3 min after the injection of contrast agent showing that the echoes of parenchyma were evenly enhanced.Conclusions ISHCI is sensitive in detecting blood flow of liver tissues,and it can clearly show both the larger blood vessels and the blood supply of microcirculation.It has a promising future in its application to clinical diagnosis.
