摘要
目的 :探讨川芎嗪对进展性肾间质纤维化的防治作用。方法 :制作大鼠肾间质纤维化模型 ,将大鼠分为假手术组、川芎嗪治疗组和实验对照组。观察肾间质病变的程度及α -平滑肌肌动蛋白 (α -smoothmuscleactin ,α -SMA)在肾间质的表达情况。结果 :治疗组肾间质损害程度显著轻于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;α -SMA阳性表达细胞也明显少于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :川芎嗪使肌成纤维细胞 (myofibroblast,MyoF)的表达减少 ,说明抑制了肾损伤状态下成纤维细胞的转化 。
Objective: The purpose of the study was to investigate the protective and therapeutic effects of Ligustrazine on progressive fibrosis in renal interstitium. Methods: The rat models of renal interstitial fibrosis, pseudo-operation, treating with Ligustrazine and experimental control groups, were set up first all. The pathological changes and expressions of α-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA)in renal interstitum were observed. Results: It was found that the lesion degrees of the therapeutic group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.01=).The number of α-SMA positive expressions in therapeutic group was also less than those in control group(P<0.01=). Conclusion: under the renal pathological condition Ligustrazine can reduce the Myofibroblast expressions, inhibit the transformations of fibroblast'formation, therefore, the process of the formation and development of renal interstitial fibrosis in this study.
