摘要
文章介绍了GIS中空间数据存储的特点,并讨论了传统的空间数据存储技术,和当前较为先进的基于RDBMS、面向对象的空间数据存储技术,以及空间数据仓库等前沿技术。并从数据存储角度介绍了GROW平台的结构和特点,以及在GROW系统中应用的G-A和S-R数据模型及其数据存储技术的特点和实现。
This paper introduces the characteristic of spatial data storage in GIS,and discusses the traditional spatial data storage technology,the object oriented spatial data storage technology that is relative advanced currently based on RDBMS,and the preceding technology as spatial data warehouse,etc. It recommends the configuration and characteristic of the GROW from data storage point of view, the G- A data model and S- R data model which are applied to the GROW system and the peculiarity and realization of data storage technology.
