摘要
目的 :探讨中学生的应激源、应对方式及影响因素。方法 :使用问卷法对 5 95名中学生进行测定。结果 :学生在近一学期内的应激主要与学习有关 ;中学生的主要应对方式分为积极评价、计划解决问题、寻求社会支持、幻想、逃避、发泄、离群、自我控制八种。压力应对方式在高中和初中有所不同 ,且与其控制点倾向、自尊水平和心理健康水平存在不同程度的相关。结论 :高三学生尤其需要有关压力应对的指导和帮助。
Objective:To explore the stressful life events and c oping style in middle and high school students.Method:595 stud ent s were assessed with WOC(way of coping),SES(self-esteem scale),IAR(intelligence achievement rating)and MHT(mental health test).Results:The most str e ssful life events experienced by adolescents in daily life were associated with a cademic perfomance in school.There were eight coping strategies in Chinese adol e scents:positive appraisal,planed problem-solving,seeking social support,escape-a voidance,distancing,showing feelings,solitary and self-controlling.Subject's co p ing ability changed with grade and associated with their locus of control,mental health and self-esteem.Conclusion:Coping style in adolescents under academic stress can be classified.Students facing National Examination for coll ege adimition need psychological help.
