摘要
目的 探讨电离辐射对伤口巨噬细胞 (MΦ)离子通道活动的影响及W1 1 a1 2 对其的作用。方法 采用电生理膜片钳cell attached离子单通道记录方法。结果 与单伤组相比 ,复合伤组伤口MΦ的通道自发性开放的细胞数显著降低 ;以氯离子为载体的阴离子通道及以钾离子为载体的阳离子通道表现为开放概率降低 ;平均开放时间常数缩短 ;平均关闭时间常数延长。W1 1 a1 2 能增加两伤类组伤口MΦ氯、钾离子通道自发开放。结论 电离辐射抑制MΦ膜上离子通道的活动可能是其抑制MΦ功能的一个重要途径。W1 1 a1 2 可减弱电离辐射的这一抑制作用。
Objective\ To study the effects of irradiation and W 11 a 12 ,a kind of repair promoting drug,on ion channels in membrane of macrophages from wound. Methods\ The activity of ion channel was recorded from cell attached patches with patch clamp techniques. Results\ The effects of irradiation on ion channel in membranes of wound macrophages include:①decreasing the mean number of cells with ion channel openning spontaneously;②depressing the opening of Cl - and potassium channels by decreasing open state probability,shortening open time and prolonging close time.The effects of irradiation could be partly depressed by W 11 a 12 . Conclusion\ Irradiation will depress the ion channel of macrophages from wound,which may be an important way in its depressing the function of macrophage.\;
