摘要
目的考虑研究细胞色素C对小鼠肝损伤及缺氧模型的作用。方法以CCl4 诱发的小鼠急性肝损伤模型 ,以及常压耐缺氧实验、氰化钾化学性缺氧实验、小鼠断头张口喘息时间、尾静脉注射空气引起心脑缺氧实验 4种耐缺氧实验模型研究细胞色素C的作用。结果细胞色素C在上述各模型中均无显著的药理学作用。结论细胞色素C对小鼠的肝损伤及缺氧模型无保护作用。
Objective To study the effect of cytochrome C on mice′ hepatic injury and hypoxia.Methods Mice′ hepatic injury induced by CCl 4 and four experimental models of mice′ hypoxia:mice′ hypoxia model under the normal pressure,chemical hypoxia model induced by KCN,mice′ decapitation model,the hypoxia model induced by injection air in tail vein was employed.Result The results showed that cytochrome C had no pharmacological effect on all of the above models.Conclusion Cytochrome C and no protection effect on mice′ hepatic injury and experimental hypoxia models of mice.
