在知识经济条件下 ,风险或风险利益是知识经济的本质特征之一 ,知识创新、知识产业、知识资本和知识人才是风险利益获取的基本途径。
Risk or risk benefit remains one of the essential characteristics knowledge economy.Knowledge innovation,knowledge industry,the knowledge capital and knowledge talent are the insurance for risk benefit.
