摘要
采用气相色谱法 (带电子捕获检测器 )对现阶段中药茯苓和银杏叶中的有机氯农药残留量进行分析研究。测定结果显示 ,茯苓中六六六和 DDT的总量分别为 0 .0 0 5 6 μg/g和 0 .0 176 μg/g;银杏叶中六六六和 DDT的总量分别为0 .0 893μg/g和 0 .0 2 6 9μg/g。结果表明 :中药茯苓和银杏叶中有机氯农药的残留量均低于国家食品卫生标准对粮食规定的限度。
The organochlorine pesticide residues now in Poria cocos Wolf and Ginkgo biloba L. Leaves were studied by using a gas chromatography with electron capture detector for determination of BHC and DDT. The results showed that the contents of BHC and DDT in Poria cocos Wolf were 0.0056 μg/g and 0.0176 μg/g respectively; the contents of BHC and DDT in Ginkgo biloba L. Leaves were 0.0893 μg/g and 0.0269 μg/g respectively. It was indicated that the contents of organochlorine pesticide residues of the samples were lower than the Chinese national limits for grain.
