肾上腺皮质腺瘤和结节性增生的CT诊断(附40例分析)

CT Diagnosis of Adrenal Cortical Adenoma and Nodular Hyperplasia (An Analysis of 40 Cases)

为探讨皮质腺瘤和结节性增生之间的 CT鉴别诊断 ,对 40例经手术病理证实的肾上腺皮质腺瘤和结节性增生病例的 CT表现进行分析。结果显示 CT的定性诊断准确率为 92 .5 %,提示 :CT扫描可以从病灶的密度、强化程度、大小、有无包膜和对侧腺体有无萎缩或增大等征象来鉴别腺瘤和结节性增生。

In order to investigate the differential diagnosis of adrenal cortical adenoma from nodular hyperplasia, the CT features of 40 cases (there were 41 focal masses) of adrenal cortical adenoma and nodular hyperplasia confirmed operatively and pathological were analyzed. The result showed that the accuracy of qualitative diagnoses of these diseases was 92.5 % by CT. It was suggested that CT scanning can differentiate adrenal cortical adenoma from nodular hyperplasia depending on the density, enhanced degree, size with or without capsule and atrophy and enlargement of the opposite adrenal gland.
