用纤维素系外加剂配制新型水中砼的研究

摘要 本文概述了国内外水中不分散砼外加剂的简况,重点叙述了国内最新研制成的新型抗分散剂——纤维素系外加剂(取名为SCR聚合剂)的作用和其配制水中砼的各项特性。研究结果表明,SCR聚合剂配制的砼在水中浇灌时不分散、不离析,能自动流平,水陆强度比在0.8以上,有较好的施工工艺性能,为我国水下不分散砼的推广应用提供了新的外加剂系列和品种。 After introducing briefly both foreign and domestic situations of additives for concrete undispersed under water, this paper emphasises on the newest research on the actions of the anti-dispersion additive—fibre series additive (named SCR cohesive) and the characteristics of the under-water concrete using this additive within our country. Results of the research show that under water the concrete using SCR cohesive would neither disperse nor separate, can flow flat automatically, has better technological propeties, and its strenth is higher than 80% in comparison with the concrete on land. So this research gives a new additive for extending the application of undispersed concrete under water in our country.
