On the Reform of National Capital Management System

国有资产管理体制是关系到国有资产管理工作好坏的制度因素。我国国有资产管理体制的现状已不适应变化了的国有资产格局 ,为此 ,需要进一步的改革。

National capital management system is the institutional factor which concerns the good or the bad of national capital management task. The present situations of our national capital management system have not suited the changed national capital pattern, so the further reform is needed. We should design and improve the national capital management system in according with the requirement of public finance theory.
