摘要
本文以期望理论为基础 ,分析了知识型员工的期望偏好 ,介绍了美国MTV公司的员工与雇主之间签定“期望协议”的做法 ,并以我国京沪穗深经理人薪酬大调查的数据为主 ,从激励知识型员工的角度分析我国目前经理期望的满意程度 。
Present-day, the knowledge workers are playing increasingly important role in modern business. Based on Victor Vroom's expectancy theory, the thesis strive to distinguish the key factors which influence the motivating of knowledge workers. This paper also make an empirical research to the conditions of payment to professional managers in Shanghai?Beijing?Guangzhou?Shenzhen,under the help of empirical data from the inquiry by Zuo Xiaofeng.Through introducing the action of American MTV company's expectation contracting, we try to give some constructive suggestions to our manage work.
