摘要
油气管道是运输系统的子系统,规划工作实质上是一种技术经济工作。因此,在油气管道工程规划工作中,有关运用系统优化原则、提高管道运输水平和提高管道运输经济效益等方面的问题,应当加以研究。
Oil and gas pipeline is a subsystem of the transportation system. Planning is essentially a kind of techno-economic work. Therefore, in the oil and gas pipeline planning, problems about the ap- plication of systematic optimization principle, enhancement of pipeline level, and enhancement of the pipeline economy, shoule be investigated.
