急性心肌梗死早期院内康复结合院外康复的治疗

Early rehabilitation exercise of inpatient associated with outpatient rehabilitation exercise in patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的 :探讨 AMI早期院内康复锻炼与门诊康复结合的安全可行性及对复工的影响。方法 :39例 AMI患者早期康复治疗 2～ 3周后出院 ,尔后门诊指导继续 3～ 4个月的康复运动治疗。结果 :全部病例安全出院 ,其后 3～ 4个月 79%复工。余 2 1%可参与家务、生活自理。结论 :AMI早期短程康复治疗结合出院后门诊 3～ 4个月康复运动 ,是安全、可行的。

Objective:To investigate the feasibility, security and effect of rehabilitation exercise in inpatient and outpatient period of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:Thirty-nine AMI patients were treated with 2-week or 3-week rehabilitation programme,then all discharged.After discharge patients were treated with 3 or 4 months rehabilitation exercise.Results:All patients were securely discharged from hospital;79% patients were recovered to work, other 21% patients can insist on housework and take care of themselves.Conclusion:Early rehabilitation exercise associated with outpatient 3～4 months rehabilitation programme is feasible and safety in AMI patients.
