In this paper,the objectoriented methodology and its features are presented generally.In addition,the applicability and advantages of objectoriented design over functionoriented design in the chemical processes simulation is also presented.Moreover,by example on modeling in the chemical processes simulation,the adaptability and flexibility of the objectoriented technique in the chemical processes simulation is further explained.
