摘要
该文主要研究实时交通流的车牌识别问题,运用局部最小值方法完成车牌中的字符分割,应用轮廓特征解决字符的识别问题。开发出实用的算法。在实际的车牌识别中,算法具有速度快、识别能力强的优点。
This paper resolves the recognition of license plate in real-time traffic flow.The characters are segmeted with the method of local-least value,and the layer outline contour features of character are applied to complete the character recognition.The practical algorithm is designed.In the practical license recognition,it is fast and valid.
