基于对DIICOE的深入研究,该文介绍了DIICOE的一致性等级及度量方法,并介绍了DIICOE的互操作性等级及其与一致性等级的关系。
Based on the deep study of DII COE,the paper introduces the compliance levels and measurements of DII COE,and introduces the interoperability levels of DII COE as well as the relationship between compliance levels and interoperability levels.
