摘要
通过在 Ce- TZP基体中加入 Al OOH及矿化剂 Ti O2 或反应剂 Sr CO3制备了原位 Al2 O3片晶 / Ce- TZP复合材料和原位 Sr O· 6 Al2 O3棒晶 / Ce- TZP复合材料。在烧结过程中 Ti O2 促进 Al2 O3晶粒发生显著的各向异性生长原位生成的片晶、Al2 O3与 Sr CO3发生反应 ,原位生成的高度各向异性的棒晶 ,它们在基体中分布均匀 ,具有较大的纵横比。烧结温度对片晶 /棒晶的大小和含量有明显影响。通过在基体中原位形成片晶或棒晶 。
In situ reinforcementof ceramicmatrix can beachieved by the elongated grainsorplatelets in situ formed in matrix during sintering through the mechanismsof crack bridging,crack deflection, elongated grain/platelet pullout,etc.In this work,in situ Al2 O3platelet/Ce- TZP composites and in situ Sr O· 6Al2 O3rod- like grain/Ce- TZP composites were prepared by adding Al OOH together with the mineralizer of Ti O2 or the reactant of Sr CO3to Ce- TZP matrix. The microstructure of the com- posites was observed by SEM,and the density and mechanicalproperties ofthe compositeswere mea- sured. The results indicated that Ti O2 markedly promoted the anisotropic grain growth of Al2 O3and Sr CO3reacted with Al2 O3,forming Al2 O3platelets and anisotropic Sr O· 6Al2 O3rod- like grains re- spectively. The in situ Al2 O3platelets and Sr O· 6Al2 O3rod- like grains were well- distributed in the matrix with a larger aspectratio.Sintering temperature obviously affected the grain size and the con- tent of Al2 O3platelet and Sr O· 6Al2 O3rod- like grain.The mechanical properties of the composites were improved by in situ introduction of Al2 O3platelets and Sr O· 6Al2 O3rod- like grains.
