金属膜由于具有高的机械强度、良好的热传导性和容易密封等优越的性能,而深受人们的重视,评述了金属膜的性能、制备方法和应用及其发展趋势。
Research and application of inorganic membrane have made great and fast advances in the past
decades.Metal membranes possess some superior properties,such as high mechanical strength,good heat transfer ability and ease of sealing.In this paper,properties,preparing techniques,applications and development trend of metal membrane are reviewed.
