摘要
碰撞是振动磨运动的主要特征。碰撞可以产生混沌 ,有利的混沌运动可以打乱颗粒体系有序的结构和固有频率的分布状态 ,降低颗粒的断裂阻抗 ,有助于颗粒的断裂细化 ;而有害的混沌运动则可能导致作业系统全局的不稳定 ,若不加控制 ,势必造成工程事故。控制有害的混沌 ,不但可使系统具有足够的可靠性和鲁棒性 ,而且还可大大改善超细和超微颗粒粉碎的能耗以及人机环境。
Impact is the main characteristic of the motion of vibration mills.Impact can cause chaos.The beneficial chaos can upset the orderly structure of the particle system and the separated condition of the inherent frequency,decrease the cracking resistance of particles and contribute to cracking and grinding.The harmful chaos can cause the unstable condition of all operating system and further lead to engineering accident.Controlling the harmful chaos can not only entrust the plenty reliability to the system,but also improve the human machine environment and decrease the energy consumption of ultrafine grinding.Chaos control is the key and the only way for the development of vibration mills.
