摘要
良好的耐磨性能与韧性通常很难兼之 ,采用高合金钢生产成本较高。W2 钢则两种特性兼优 ,且合金成份成本较低。采用合理的化学成分、冶炼工艺、锻造方法和热处理条件 ,得到了洛氏硬度 6 0 .2 ,冲击韧性αk115J cm2 的W2 钢 ,其合金元素总量 (W +MO +V+Cr)为M2 高速工具钢的 4 0 %左右。洛氏硬度和耐磨性能达到M2 水平 ,冲击韧性αk 则比M2 高 1.5倍。W2 钢性能亦优于日本新研制开发的ES钢 ,其吨钢生产成本约为M2 钢的 35 % ~ 4 0 %左右。
It is difficult to have both good wear resistance and good toughness.The cost of production is too high when adopt alloy steel.But W 2 steel has both the two characteristics,and its alloy composition is low.By studying proper chemical compostion,smelting technology,casting method and heat-treated conditions,we got W 2 steel.Its rockwell hardness is HRC 60.2.Its shock toughness is α k115 J/cm 2.The total content of alloy elements(W+M O+V+Cr)of it is only about 40 percent of that of high-speed tool steel(M 2).Its Rockwell hardness and war resistance are good as M′ 2s.Its shock toughness α k,is increased by a factor of 1.5 of M′ 2s.The performance of W 2 steel is also super to the newly developed ES steel in Japan.The cost of production of steel per ton is about 35~40 percent of that of M 2 steel,so its economic benefit is remarkable
