摘要
本文以6万吨/年乙苯脱氢反应器的开发为背景,利用G64I催化剂的动力学数据,以加工1吨乙苯所获的收益最大为目标函数,对不同构型的绝热反应器和列管式反应器分别进行了优化计算,对它们的性能进行了比较。计算结果表明,负压操作的多段径向绝热反应器所获收益最高。
The process of catalytic dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene to styrene is studied in this paper for developing industrial reactor of 60000 metric tons per annumof styrene monomer. Adiabatic reactors and isothermal tubular reactors are simulated and optimized with the kinetic model of G641 catalyst for dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene. The calculated results indicate that the highest profit can be gained from a multi-stage adiabatic reactor with radial flow operated under vacuum.
