摘要
从火力发电厂煤粉管和灰渣管管道系统的实际应用出发 ,简要评述了现有耐磨管材在使用过程中存在的一些问题 ;介绍了常规陶瓷复合管的发展历史、制备方法及其基本性能 ,并与常规的高铬铸钢管、铸石复合管进行了综合性能比较。分析结果表明新开发的金属陶瓷复合管是煤粉。
The problems existed in present abrasion-resistant piping used for pulverized coal and ash slag handling are briefly reviewed. The developing history, manufacturing process and basic performance of conventional ceramic complexed piping are deseribed and a comprehensive performance comparison are carried out with conventional High chromium casting piping and casting stone composite piping. The result shows that the newly deve1oped metal-ceramic complexed piping is most ideal for ash(slag) transportation.
