摘要
以6万吨/年乙苯脱氧反应器的开发为背景,对乙苯脱氢绝热反应器和列管式反应器分别进行了灵敏度分析,包括各种工程因素和一些难测的参数设计值与实际值存在偏差对反应结果的影响。
The process of catalytic dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene to styrene is studied in this paper for developing an industrial reactor of 60000 metric tons per annum of styrene monomer. The sensitivity of adiabatic reactors and isothermol tubular reactors to some parameters in the mathematical model is analysed. The influence of various engineering factors on reaction results is also analysed.
