摘要
三维非平衡混合池模型是一种新的对实际精馏过程进行数学模拟的方法。它可以真实而灵活地描述工业精馏塔内存在的液体和气体的各种不规则的流动和混合特性以及两相间的非理想传质过程,能够给出塔内两相组成、温度和流量的三维分布。利用此模型对四个实际的工业精馏塔进行了模拟计算,计算结果与生产现场的测量数据十分一致。
The three-dimensional nonequilibrium mixing-pool model is a new method for simulating actual distillation processes. It can characterize in a true and flexible manner irregular flow and mixing of liquid and vapor, and the nonideal mass transfer between the phases, and give the three-dimensional distribution of the two phases in industrial columns, The model has been used to simulat four actual distillation columns. There is good agreement between the calculated results and the measured data on the spot of production.
