摘要
本文讨论了西部地区的水资源特征 ,分析了水资源的短缺状况与开发利用中存在的问题 ,提出了实施水资源流域统一规划调度、跨省 (区 )和跨流域引调水、加大地下水合理开发力度 ,以及制定科学的供水序列和实施先进的喷、滴、微、渗灌技术等水资源开发利用对策。
This paper discussed the characteristics, demand￣supply status and issues on water resources in the western region of China. With regards to problems of water shortage and poor management, it is suggested that, water resources must be comprehensively managed at watershed level; possibilities of water transfer across watersheds could be explored, development of underground water resources should be enhanced; and water use efficiency must be improved by using water￣saving technologies, such as sprinkling and drop irrigation systems.
