摘要 西气东输管道工程自西北向东南,从戈壁荒漠、黄土高原到水网密集的江南水乡,影响工程安全的自然灾害因素和人类经济活动引起的次生灾害因素复杂多样;另外,输送的天然气具有易燃、易爆和易扩散性,且工程在国内线路最长、管径最大、设计输送压力最高、设计输量最大,自身也潜在较大风险。根据工程的自身特点,介绍了西气东输工程劳动安全卫生预评价全新评价模式的建立,系统安全工程、断裂力学知识、可靠性理论、PIRAMID软件及HSE管理体系的引入与应用情况。 The West-to-East Gas Pipeline goes from northwest to southeast,from Gobi desert,loess plateau to the Yangtze River Delta area crisscrossed with rivers. There are variety of natural calamity factors and secondary calamity factors caused by human economic activities impacting to the Engineering safety;In addition,the transported natural gas has the flammable,explosive and diffusible properties,the pipeline has the longest route,largest diameter, highest transmission pressure and largest flow rate in China,the pipeline itself has high potential risk. Based on the specific feature of the engineering,introduced the establishment of the new preliminary assessment model of the Labor,Safety and Hygiene,the system safety engineering,the knowledge of the fracture mechanics,the reliability theory,the introduction and application status of PIRAMID software and HSE management system for the West-to-East Gas Pipeline Engineering.
