摘要 本文就注水系统各部分的相关性与密切性,各部分能量损耗的相互影响与变化,系统优化与各注水站优化的关系,系统优化运行与系统中设备技术改造的关系等问题进行了研究。认为:注水系统中各个部分是相互关联与相互影响的;减小泵管压差节能是有一定条件的;各注水站的优化应在系统优化的统一目标下进行;系统运行优化只能最大限度发挥现有设备的能力,还需要对系统的设备作相应的技术改造;变频调速技术的应用能使调速对象和整个系统获得更好的节能效果。 The article studied the correlation and close relation of the different parts of the water injection system,the mutual influence and changing of the energy consumption of the different parts. The Author considers:the parts of water injection system are correlated and impacted each other;energy saving by reducing of the pump-pipe depression is restricted under certain condition;the optimization of the water injection stations should be carried out under the united target of the system optimization;the system operation optimization can only make full use of the existing equipment,it is necessary to carry out the technical revamp of the system equipment;the application of variable-frequency technique will give better energy-saving effect to the variable speed object and whole system.
