摘要
根据本厂5000t/a间歇式液相本体法聚丙烯装置的特点,针对影响该装置安全平稳运行、产品质量等方面问题,进行了一系列技术改造,取得了一定的效果。
Technical transformation has been carried out to eliminate the factors which affect smooth and safe operation of the unit of liquid phase bulk polymerization of propylene and to improve product quality. After transformation the unit runs smoothly producing polypropylene at a rate of 400r/month. Raw material consumption is reduced and the quality of polypropylene improved.
