摘要
使用Mo-V-Nb-Sb-Ca的复合氧化物催化剂,在常压、340—380℃下研究了乙烷氧化脱氧动力学。实验表明,乙烷总转化速度对氧分压表现为零级,产物乙烯对反应无抑制作用。总转化速度对乙烷分压表现为一级。导出了有关反应网络的动力学方程,对反应机理作了初步探讨。
The reaction kinetics of ethane oxydehydrogenation to ethylene has been investigated over a catalyst composed of mixed oxides of Mo, V, Nb, Sb and Ca under atmospheric pressure,at the temperature range of 340—380℃.The results of the experiments have shown that the overall conversion rate of ethane is zero order with respect to oxygen partial pressure,the product ethylene having no inhibitive effect on the reaction, and first order with respect to ethane partial pressure. A kinetics model has been obtained and the reaction mechanism has been discussed.
