This article introduces the hot runner structure and its sealing theory of the mould of ALTO instrument panel in detail. Analyses the reason for leaking material and puts forward the solving measures. After experimental producing, the changed parts can satisfy the requests of actual use. The quality of products are steady and can satisfy the requests of technology.
