介绍几种适合中型氮肥厂在役 H2 2 -1 6 5 /32 0氮氢气压缩机提高打气量及运转率的改造方案 ,具有投资少、停机时间短、见效快 ,且改造时不需移动楼下设备的特点 ,同时也提出了一些防止活塞杆断裂事故的措施。
This article presents the technology for increasing the suction flow and operating rate of H22Ⅲ 165/320 nitrogen hydrogen gas compressor in service in medium sized nitrogenous fertilizer plant. The technology has advantages such as low investment, short time for rebuilding, quick effect, no need to remove the down stairs equipment when rebuilding. Also, it gives some measures to avoid the piston staff cracking.
