摘要
研究了化学键合相高效液相色谱联合反冲技术分析原油烃族组成所适宜的色谱条件:用α-Bondapak-CN基柱(3.9×300mm)。以正庚烷作流动相,示差折光检测器检测,联合极性溶剂二氯甲烷反冲。对四种国产原油进行了烃族组成分析。并对方法的校正因子、反冲技术条件以及准确度和精密度进行了讨论。
Suitable chromatographic conditions were found for hydrocarbon group-type compositional analysis of four crude oils by chemically bonded stationary phase HPLC combined with column-backflush technique. A μ-Bondapak-CN column(300mm long×3.9mmI.D.) was used, with n-heptane as the mobile phase, and elution monitored with a waters model R-401 differential refractometer detector, and with polar solvent dichloromethane backflush. The hydrocarbon group-type compositions of four kinds of domestic crude oils were analysed. Separating conditions of light, middle or heavy aromatics from these crude oils were discussed. Calibration factors of this method, conditions of the backflush technique, and accuracy and precision were asso discussed.
