摘要 Ca -P -Si系生物微晶玻璃是一种新型口腔修复体材料 ,该材料不仅具有良好的生物相容性 ,还具有一定的美观性和力学性能。采用差热分析方法 (DTA) ,通过对以ZrO2 作为晶核剂的Ca -P -Si系生物微晶玻璃的析晶动力学参数测定 ,研究了该体系生物微晶玻璃析晶动力学。结果表明 :引入ZrO2 降低了该体系生物微晶玻璃的析晶活化能E ,当ZrO2 含量达到 5 .7%时 ,E达到最小值 ,这表明ZrO2 在一定范围内促进了该体系生物微晶玻璃析晶 ,加大了晶化指数n。试样n值均大于 3。 Ca-P-Si biologic glass-ceramic is a type of new material for dental restoration with good biologic compatibility. It also looks beautiful and has improved mechanical property. The effect of ZrO 2 on the crystallization kinetics of Ca-P-Si glass-ceramic was investigated by differential thermal analysis (DTA) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The kinetic parameters were calculated by using the JMA equation. The results indicate that the content of ZrO 2 affects the crystallization activation energy (E) and the crystal growth index (n).E increases with the increasing of content of ZrO 2, and reaches max value when content of ZrO 2 is about 5.7%. All crystal growth indexes (n) are more than 3 that indicate for this biologic glass-ceramic system the crystallization process is body crystallization.
