Effects of the emulsion liquid membrane containing an amphiphilic polymer[Poly(acrylic acid-co-lauryl methacrylate)]used as a stabilizer on the transport of trace Cd 2+ were studied.The results showed that the transport ratio of Cd 2+ were improved greatly by the steric stabilization of the amphiphilic polymer.
