摘要
以大庆石化总厂的加氢催化裂化装置的分离部分技术改造为背景,在多组元多级绝热闪蒸过程研究的基础上,提出了多级闪蒸-精馏联合过程。通过实际生产数据模拟计算表明,与原工艺相比,该过程大幅度降低了气液负荷,增加了塔顶产品的轻组份收率,提高了侧线及塔底产品的质量和减小了加热炉压力;与预分馏塔-主分馏塔串联工艺相比,具有能耗低的特点。本过程具有设备简单、投资省的特点。
This paper is a proposal for revamping the separation column in the catalytic cracking process. Pased on the study of multicomponent multistage adiabatic flash process, a new technology combining multistage flash with distillation is proposed. The results of simulation based on plant data reveal that the vapor and liquid flow rates in the tower are reduced greatly, the recovery ratio of the light component in the top is increased, the quality of the sidestreams and the bottoms is improved and the pressure in the heater is decreased in the new technology as compared with the old. The energy comsumption is cut down as compared with the technology of connecting two columns in series, i. e. the primary distillation column and main distillation column. The new technology has the features of using simple equipment and saving investment.
