摘要
拟定了Pt-DDO-SnCl_2-CTMAB体系溶剂浮选吸光光度法测定痕量铂的方案。以石油醚+氯仿+异戊醇(3:2:5)作有机相,在615nm波长下。用1cm比色皿测定吸光度,可测定ppb级的铂。表观摩尔吸光系数高达4.5×10~5l/mol·cm。在实验条件下,没有发现Fe(Ⅲ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Mo(vi)、Bi(Ⅲ)、Cu(Ⅱ)、Au(Ⅰ)、Ag(Ⅰ)、Ir(Ⅳ)、Os(Ⅵ)、NO_3、SO_4^(2-)等离子的干扰。
A solvent sublation spectrophotometric method for determining trace platinum with DDO in the presence of SnCl_2 and CTMAB is presented. The absorbance of the solution was measured at 515nm against a reagent blank prepared in the same way. The apparent molar absorptivity was as high as 4.5×10~5 1·mol^(-1). cm^(-1). Beer's law was obeyed over the range of 0—180μg (the sublation solution volume was 200ml, the organic phase volume was 5.00ml). Under the experimental conditions, the interference of foreign ions, Fe(Ⅲ), Ni(Ⅱ), Al(Ⅲ),Co(Ⅱ), Mo(Ⅵ), Bi(Ⅲ), Cu(Ⅱ), Au(Ⅲ), Ag(Ⅰ), Ir(Ⅵ), Os(Ⅵ), NO_3^-, SOS_4^(2-), etc. was not found.
