摘要
目的 探讨消毒供应室无菌物品存放间臭氧空气消毒的最佳消毒时间。方法 通过凌晨 2∶0 0~ 4∶0 0 ,中午 11∶30~ 13∶30及 11∶30~ 12∶30不同消毒时间段进行对比观察 ,分析无菌间的空气灭菌效果。结果 2∶0 0~ 4∶0 0及 11∶30~ 13∶30消毒合格率各为 96 %、92 % ,11∶30~ 12∶30消毒合格率为 73.6 0 % ,P <0 .0 5有显著性差异 ;空气平均菌落数 2∶0 0~ 4∶0 0 ,11∶30~ 13∶30分别为 2 9.0 4± 5 5 .0 6cfu/m3 ,5 5 .6 7± 40 .0 5cfu/m3 ,11∶30~ 12∶30为 10 9± 87cfu/m3 ,经t检验 ,t分别为 2 .34,3.5 8,4.0 5 ,P<0 .0 5有显著性差异 ,P <0 .0 1,有显著性差异。结论 消毒时间 2∶0 0~ 4∶0 0优于 11∶30~ 13∶30及 11∶30~ 12∶30。
ObjectiveTo work out the best effective sterilization time in the germfree section of the supply room by way of ozonic sterilization.MethodsThe air sterilization effects were observed and compared for the 3 time spans from 2∶00 to 4∶00 in the early morning, 11∶30 to 12∶30 at noon and 11∶30 to 13∶30.ResultsThe sterilization eligibility rates for the 3 sterilization spans were 96%, 73.6% and 92% respectively by time sequence, with significant difference ( P <0.05). As for average colonial numbersin the air for 2∶00 to 4∶00, 11∶30 to 13∶30 and 11∶30 to 12∶30 were 55.67±40.05 cfu/m 3, 109±87 cfu/m 3and 109±87 cfu/m 3respectively. t -test values were 2.34, 3.58 and 4.05. The differences were significant among them in the pair-match comparisons.ConclusionThe air sterilization with ozone in the germfree room from 2∶00 to 4∶00 in the early morning is more effective than from 11∶30 to 13∶30 and 11∶30 to 12∶30.
