摘要
应用连续反应精馏技术合成乙酸异戊酯,并对酯化反应精馏塔内物料浓度分布对酯化过程的影响及以水为共沸剂对酯化过程的作用进行了探讨。对粗酯的精制改变传统的方法,采用反应精馏精制以制取食品级产品。研究结果表明,将反应精馏技术合理地联合,运用于酯化反应精馏和粗酯精制过程,可以较大地提高总酯收率。
The technique of continuous reactive distillation was employed for the synthesis of iso-amyl acetate. Effects of distribution of concentration ia the e sterification-distillation column, as well as the action of water as an azeotrope, were investigated. The conventional method for refining the crude ester was substituted by the technique of reactive distillation to make edible grade product. The results show that it is possible to increase significantly the total yield of ester by means of rationally combining reactive distillation process with esterification and crude ester refining processes.
